a pedigree of morgan royalty
CBMF Just One KissCongratulations to Jill Hoenmann of The Little Garden of Eat’n on her purchase!
Bred by the AMHA Hall of Fame Copper Beech Morgan Farm, “Smooch” was discovered being offered for sale locally as a “kid safe, bombproof horse” because her owner wanted to pursue barrel racing and she was not the right horse for that endeavor.
Of course not! Her sire, Centerpiece, was one of the most exciting World Champion Park Saddle horses ever to grace the show ring in the Morgan world. He was Reserve World Champion in 1998, then followed that up with several Grand National Champion titles before earning top honors in 2003, as well as Reserve World Champion Park Saddle Amateur Masters in 2010. A career that certainly speaks to the longevity and usefulness of a Morgan horse.
IT’S A BAY FILLY! On July 20th, 2021, we welcomed TFF LIVIA, sired by JMF Trojan Horse (Black River Trojan, by Trophy x JMF Too Beam Taboo). This is super exciting, since she is sired by the only stallion with Trophy as a grandsire left in the breed today.

Her dam, Cabot French Kiss, showed very well in the Park Harness and Pleasure Driving divisions, chalking up World titles as a two year old, three year old, four year old and then still performing with tricolor results until joining the select group of broodmares at Copper Beech.
Before coming to Three Fates, Smooch produced one foal, a 2011 gelding named Aljaks Just Double (by Aljaks Double Whammy), who was the 2014 Michigan Morgan Horse Breeders Futurity 2-4 Year Old Amateur Gelding Champion.
