Notty’s 2020 colt by MI Black Ice

This very game and beautiful mare caught my eye on one of my visits to Ocala, where she resided with her breeders, Rocky & Diana Schliefer at Wild Rose Ranch. Encouraged by a friend who also loved the mare, I finally made a deal to bring her home and have not regretted my decision.

By the “Sire of the Stars”, Astronomicallee, and out of a daughter of the great World Champion Park Saddle horse Serenity Masterpiece, her second dam is Whispering Out Loud, who was the product of two great park horses—Noble Flaire and Maple Ridge Juliette (by Chasley Superman). This mare’s pedigree is a Who’s Who of great producing mares.

Purchased as a broodmare, she has proven my intuition by giving me two really wonderful fillies, the elegant 2008 mare TFF Take A Guess (by PKM Gamborian) and TFF Parasha (by Masque N Black), foaled in April 2015. For the last three years, she has been on lease to my friends Liz and Enos Fisher, where she produced three extremely promising colts, Osage Masked Motorist and Osage Halo Top (by Masque N Black) and Osage Naughty Knave (by Regal Masterpiece).

Her 2020 foal by MI Black Ice arrived on May 17th and has been going through some amazing color transitions! He will eventually shed out to black. A beautiful tribute to his late sire, check out TFF Dembe.
